Return & Refund Policy
We will only exchange model with manufacturer damaged. Refund will only be made if items are sold out or no stock for exchange.
How to start the process?
Please contact us through email with photo clearly showing the damaged parts within 3 days receiving the item. We will give you returning address for the issue.
Then, what should I do?
Customer is responsible for the cost of packaging, shipping, insurance and other cost for the returned. And customer should make sure the item is delivered safely.
Once we received and confirmed the status of the item, we will contact the customer and make replacement to customer as soon as possible. In case of no stock, refund of the selling price will be made. Please note that all shipping fees is not refundable. We reserve the right to use any kind of delivery service for the replacement item.
Loss and Claim
Only the amount claimed from courier service will be compensated if the parcel is lost or damaged during the delivery. We are not responsible for the lost due to courier service.
